Greg Szurnicki Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy presented Greg Szurnicki with a proclamation for being named Suffolk Senior of the Year, by the Suffolk County Senior Citizen Advisory Board. Szurnicki, of Kings Park, had been a strong advocate for senior citizens, veterans and taxpayers for nearly 50 years. Szurnicki helped found the Kings Park Civic Association and was one of the community’s leading voices when it comes to the potential development of the former Kings Park Psychiatric Center.
